2026 Volunteer Information and Open House Survey

How to count Volunteer hours:

When completing the Section 1 survey questions, you can only count each volunteer once, for all questions. We want to capture the most volunteer hours donated, so please try and give the greater number of hours to an individual, which shows their largest time given. Ie Sandra is on the Planning Committee and helps out in the kitchen on Open House day. Sandra attends 2 Planning Committee meetings for a total of 6 hours. However, Sandra works in the Open House kitchen for 10 hours. Please do not record Sandra in the Planning Committee hours as they are only 6 total. Only record Sandra in the Execution of your Open House hours (kitchen), as that is 10 hours.

This survey will capture information regarding clubs/groups Open House information for various grant applications by the Festival Office. Different funders require different data. You may be asked the same question twice. 

SECTION 1: you CANNOT duplicate any volunteers in any other section. This may result in some answers being zero since the same volunteers perform multiple tasks. 

SECTION 2: you CAN include all volunteers, even if they volunteered in multiple roles, at multiple times. This is to try and most accurately collect the full number of volunteer hours.
