Date: Saturday, August 2, 2025 Rain Date: Sunday, August 3, 2025 Location: Chippawa Park Pond, 90 First Ave, Welland Time: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Dusk) We’re inviting vendors to be part of this unique and meaningful event celebrating Asian heritage and promoting inclusivity in Niagara. This is a quiet and family-friendly festival designed for reflection, cultural learning, and community building. 10×10 booth spaces available for $50 – Limited spots! Each vendor space is outdoors and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. You must bring your own table, tent, and any setup needs. We encourage vendors who offer cultural goods, handmade items, art, or services that reflect the diversity of our community. -
Date: Tuesday, May 20, 2025 Location: The Exchange, 5943 Sylvia Place, Niagara Falls Time: 6 PM - 9 PM Join us for an evening of multicultural music as talented ethnocultural artists perform Canadian songs with the option to sing in English or in a language of their choice. Vendor Booth Registration ($50 per 10x10 space) Showcase your products, food, or cultural offerings to an engaged audience. Each vendor space includes a 10x10 booth area. Limited spots available - reserve yours today! -
We appreciate any donation you can make. The funds will go towards improving the Niagara Folks Arts Festival. Any donation of $30 or more will receive a Charity Tax Receipt. You can also donate at www.folk-arts.ca/donations -
Group Membership
Please choose which membership category you are applying for.- A cultural club shall be defined as a group of ten or more individuals who share a biological descent from a common ancestry; or who maintain a shared ancestral heritage or common language; or who have an attachment to a shared ancestral territory. Cultural clubs are entitled to appoint 2 voting representatives and an alternate.
- Community groups are entitled to appoint 1 voting representative.

- Full payment of Membership Fees for January 1 to December 31, 2025, completed and payment, on-line
- All Membership Information has been updated and submitted, on-line
- Agree to and implement all, Terms and Conditions to the Anti-Racism and Discrimination Policy
- Completion of the Volunteer Information and Open House Survey, completed on-line

For $30, an Enhanced Experience Ticket buys one Water Lantern Kit, which includes:- 1 Up-Cycled Road Banner Bag created from old event street banners and sewn by New Canadian and Immigrant Volunteers from Bridges Niagara (while supplies last)
- 2 bio-degradable water lanterns and 2 candles
- Markers to decorate
- Asian Cultural Artists to inspire or assist you in your water lantern creation
- Small cultural snacks/candies
